The 9.77% is the largest equity drawdown measured against the balance at the time. Relative drawdown peaked at 38.49% early in the test, when the account was still only about $1,590. Because the test starts from $300, the dollar totals grow very large over ten years, so judge the shape of the curve, the win rate and the drawdown rather than the dollar total.
The VITA AI graphics are presentation material, and their figures can differ from the Strategy Tester report, so treat the report as the reference. Backtests are hypothetical and do not predict future results. Ask us for the latest report before you decide.
